José A. Barreto is a Managing Broker and licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia with more than two decades of experience spanning real estate sales, brokerage leadership, and mortgage lending. Based in Leesburg, Virginia, he brings a rare combination of operational leadership, transaction expertise, and bilingual capability to every role he holds.

José’s career production exceeds 300 closed residential transactions and $118 million in sales volume across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Earlier, he served as Principal Broker of ListingKey, LLC and as a top-producing agent with REO Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. His foundation in mortgage lending—eight years as a branch manager—gives him deep insight into financing strategy, qualification, and the full transaction cycle from offer to closing.

A Certified Real Estate Instructor with Moseley Flint Real Estate School, José has taught the Virginia 60-hour pre-licensing course to more than 100 students in both classroom and live online formats.
